As of Monday, September 26th, 2022, the STAR system is no longer in use for astronaut appearances.

If you received an email from the Astronaut Appearance Office with a link to complete a program information sheet for an approved appearance or a link to complete a survey, please contact your Appearance Administrator for instructions.
